室内设计师

1.建筑学/室内设计/环境艺术本科及以上学历；
2.三年及以上设计全职工作经历，有国外学习经历及国外设计机构工作经历的优先考虑；
3.具有良好的方案设计，图面表达以及研究能力；
4.熟练掌握Rhino, ID, AI, PS和CAD等常用软件以及熟练运用渲染软件（VRAY，Maxwell等）；
5.熟悉项目各个阶段的工作流程，有出色的团队领导力和各专业沟通协调能力；
6.良好的中英文沟通能力者优先；
7.现场经验和施工图经验是申请加分项。

Interior Designer

1.Bachelor’s Degree or above in Architecture/Interior Design
2.3 years or above working experience. Applicants with international academic and/or professional experience are preferred
3.Good design abilities，graphic expression and research capabilities
4.Proficiency in 2D CAD Drafting(AutoCAD), Rhinoceros 3D, AdobeInDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and rendering (V-Ray, Maxwell etc.)
5.Strong leadership and excellent communication skills. Ability to cooperate efficiently with the design team as well as third party consultants, suppliers and other related professional parties.
6.Fluency in Mandarin OR English required, knowledge of the other is a plus.
7.Practical on-site and construction drawing experience are plus points for this position.

助理室内设计师

1. 2-5年创意设计行业工作经验，设计、广告、美术、视觉等专业本科及以上院校背景或海外经验者优先；
2. 优秀的审美、艺术修养及创意能力，强设计执行力，能够同时参与多个项目，具备跨领域设计能力（如三维设计、动态影像、网页设计、UX/UI设计等）者优先；
3. 对商业逻辑、市场环境、设计趋势及品牌体验设计有一定程度的理解;
4. 有深厚的美术功底，具有较强的审美和设计能力，能清楚的表达设计理念，有创作热情；
5. 责任心强，有良好的沟通能力，善于跨团队、跨学科团队沟通和协作解决问题，抗压能力强；
6. 根据项目brief诉求及客户反馈，结合相关领域趋势、目标客群心理行为特征的洞察，准确理解项目核心问题点，输出有效的创意；有一定英文沟通和读写能力优先。

Graphic Visual Designer

1. 2-5 years working experience in creative design industry, bachelor degree or above in design, advertising, art, visual and other majors or overseas experience is preferred；
2. Excellent aesthetic, artistic accomplishment and creative ability, strong design execution, able to participate in multiple projects at the same time, with cross-domain design ability (such as three-dimensional design, dynamic image, web design, UX/UI design, etc.) is preferred;
3. Have a certain degree of understanding of business logic, market environment, design trends and brand experience design；
4. Deep artistic foundation, strong aesthetic and design ability, clear expression of design ideas, creative enthusiasm；
5. Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, good at cross-team, interdisciplinary team communication and collaboration to solve problems, strong ability to resist pressure;
6. Accurately understand the core issues of the project and output effective ideas according to the project brief demands and customer feedback, in combination with the trends in related fields and the insights into the psychological and behavioral characteristics of target customers; English communication and reading and writing skills are preferred.

1. 有丰富的项目落地经验/施工管理经验/驻场经验/参与项目落地经验，协调设计过程的各个阶段，配合项目设计师与施工图设计师，负责对接客户工程部、物业方及各个供应商等，把控项目落地效果；
2. 熟悉商业零售类室内项目，理解方案设计师意图，配合方案完成项目图纸细化、深化和制图工作；
3. 有较好的设计理解能力与沟通能力，跟踪现场进行图纸修改、解决施工问题和难点，参与现场施工配合和协调工作；
4. 熟练掌握各类设计相关软件（AutoCAD等）；
5. 有好的施工图审核能力和经验与丰富的供应商资源、材料知识是加分项。

Project manager

1. Rich project experience of landing ,construction management,on-site, participation in project landing experience, coordinate all stages of the design process, cooperate with project designers and construction drawing designers, be responsible for docking with customer engineering department, property owners and suppliers, and control the project landing effect;
2. Familiar with commercial retail interior projects, understand the intention of the scheme designer, cooperate with the scheme to complete the project drawing refinement, deepening and drawing work;
3. Good design understanding and communication skills, track the site to modify drawings, solve construction problems and difficulties, and participate in site construction cooperation and coordination;
4. Proficiency in all kinds of design related software (AutoCAD, etc.);
5. Good construction drawing review ability and experience, rich supplier resources and material knowledge are plus points.

媒体公关负责人

1. 广告学、媒体／市场营销、建筑及艺术相关专业，对设计创意领域媒体及公关有前瞻的见解和敏锐度，丰富的媒体相关工作经历；有媒体资源者优先；
2.三年及以上相关工作经验；有好的文字功底，英文听说读写擅长者优先；
3.作为媒体公关负责人，具有良好的工作领导力与执行力，逻辑清晰，善于沟通表达与协作；
4. 负责公司最新项目的媒体运营工作，包括但不限于撰写文稿、对接纸媒，数字媒体，奖项展览与竞赛的申报工作等；
5.负责公司相关媒体平台的日常运营工作，包括不限于网页，公众号，微博和小红书等，有着高标准的图文审美与判断；
6. 有较强的策划能力及活动执行经验，负责供应商对接，活动落地执行，熟悉跨界联名快闪等流程，有着高度的热情。

1. Major in advertising, media, marketing, architecture, design, art and related fields, with foresight and sensitivity in the field of architecture and interior design, rich media related work experience; media resources are preferred;

1. Good design concept and strong aesthetic ability, can accurately grasp the direction of design;
2. 1-3 years or more working experience, understand and control customer needs, can independently complete the design and deepening of the program;
3. Be responsible for the complete process of the project: scheme, procurement, landing, until the completion and acceptance of the project is preferred;
4. Have own views on the materials involved in different types of projects, responsible for the quality control of soft-fitting products, and can effectively control the cost of the project;
5. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, Sketchup, Photoshop, InDesign and other design software and Office software.
